3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed contractor or authorized business representative to use the platform.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BuilderBoard for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false or fraudulent contract or project information
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm clients or third parties
- Exceed usage limits or circumvent rate limiting
6. Document Generation Disclaimer
BuilderBoard generates contract templates based on California Business & Professions Code §7159 and other applicable laws. These documents are provided as templates only. We strongly recommend having all contracts reviewed by a licensed attorney before use. BuilderBoard is not responsible for the legal enforceability of any generated document.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
Foreman AI provides general business and project assistance. Foreman's responses do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify AI-generated content before using it in client-facing documents.
8. Intellectual Property
BuilderBoard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuilderBoard LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your project data remains your property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuilderBoard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuilderBoard LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
