- Project data: project details, client information, contracts, invoices, change orders, documents you upload
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, Foreman AI conversation logs
- Payment information: processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
- Device information: browser type, IP address, operating system
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the BuilderBoard platform
- To generate documents (contracts, invoices, change orders) on your behalf
- To power Foreman AI responses using your project context
- To send transactional emails (invoices, client notifications)
- To communicate product updates and support responses

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Supabase (database hosting and authentication)
- OpenAI (Foreman AI processing — conversation data is not used to train OpenAI models per our API agreement)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Resend (transactional email delivery)
- Wisetack (financing integration, when used)
- Law enforcement when required by law

BuilderBoard is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
