How do I reset my password?
Click "Sign In" then "Forgot password" and we'll send you a reset link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes — contact support@builderboardapp.com and we will provide a full data export within 5 business days.
Is BuilderBoard available on mobile?
BuilderBoard is fully mobile-responsive and works on any device. A native iOS app is coming soon.
How do I invite my team?
Go to Settings → Team & Permissions and enter your team member's email address.
What if I find a bug?
Email support@builderboardapp.com with a description and screenshot. We take bugs seriously and typically fix critical issues within 24 hours.
